What you provide

An email address is the only account information you are required to submit directly to Jupi. If you contact support, we also receive the content and contact details included in that conversation.

Service data

Using Jupi necessarily creates operational records. These may include session and security logs, IP address and basic device information, card identifiers and status, transaction and authorization records, wallet addresses, network and blockchain transaction identifiers, funding records, and the time of each action.

This information is used to authenticate you, deliver the service, prevent abuse, display card activity, investigate errors, keep financial records, and protect Jupi and its users.

Who processes data

We share only what is needed with infrastructure, email, card-program, payment, blockchain, merchant, and card-network providers that help operate Jupi. A merchant or card network may receive the information normally required to authorize and settle a purchase. Those services apply their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information or use account activity to build advertising profiles.

Security and retention

We limit access to production systems, use encrypted connections, and keep administrative changes in audit logs. No system is risk-free, so you should protect access to your email account and notify us promptly if you suspect misuse.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with law, and meet contractual or accounting obligations. Data may be retained after account closure where those purposes require it.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing guoqiang@jupi.cash. We may need to keep records that cannot legally or operationally be deleted, and we may verify that a request comes from the account holder.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the site or account experience where appropriate.
