Terms
Jupi is for lawful use. By creating an account or using a Jupi card, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and account access
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and permitted to use Jupi where you live. Accounts are currently invite-only. You are responsible for access to your email account and for all activity performed through your Jupi session.
Lawful use only
You may use Jupi for lawful personal or business purchases supported by the card program. You may not use Jupi for fraud, theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, trafficking, illegal goods or services, unauthorized access, deceptive conduct, or any attempt to conceal or facilitate unlawful activity.
You may not test stolen payment credentials, abuse authorization systems, manipulate deposits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use another person’s account without permission. Card-program and network restrictions also apply.
Cards, deposits, and fees
Jupi provides access to virtual Visa cards through third-party card infrastructure. Card availability, acceptance, limits, merchant eligibility, authorization, reversals, and settlement can depend on those providers and the Visa network.
Current standard charges are $7.50 per card issuance, $1.25 per deposit, and a 5% deposit fee. Applicable amounts are shown before you confirm an action. Blockchain fees or third-party charges may also apply. Crypto transfers can be irreversible, and you are responsible for the address, asset, and network you choose.
Balances and transactions
A displayed card balance is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. Pending authorizations may temporarily reduce available funds. Merchant names, dates, exchange values, and status information may arrive from third parties and can be corrected after settlement.
Contact us promptly about an unfamiliar transaction. Any dispute, refund, or chargeback right depends on the card program, network rules, merchant response, and applicable law.
Availability and suspension
We may refuse, delay, limit, or suspend access to protect users, comply with law or partner requirements, investigate suspected misuse, address security risks, or maintain the service. We may discontinue a feature or card program and will provide reasonable notice when circumstances allow.
Third-party services
Card processing, email delivery, blockchain networks, merchants, and other integrations are operated by third parties. Their terms may apply separately. Jupi is not responsible for an external service beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
Jupi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss caused by crypto volatility, an incorrect transfer, merchant conduct, external outages, or unauthorized email access.
Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Hong Kong will hear disputes unless mandatory law requires otherwise. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
